With Prime Time Event Rentals you never lose your money, We have a rain check system on most of our inflatables and equipment!! That means your money is safe with us on most of our inventory! there is some exceptions that we have to apply and they only apply to our very large inflatables and mechanical rides!!
Inflatables: All Bounce House's, Water Slides, Obstacle Course's and Inflatable Games cancellation is only accepted 24 hours prior, A rain check will be applied to your account for the amount of your credit for you to use at a later date, you will have 12 months from the time of your booking to use your rain check. Cancelation can NOT BE DONE SAME DAY.. No Refunds will be made after the rented equipment or Inflatables have been loaded for delivery on event day or after delivered. For All Inflatable Units Over 24’ and Higher cancellation is only accepted 72 hours prior with a rain check, if you cancel outside the 72 hours limit you would forfeit your deposit, with the Bigger Water slides and Inflatables, there is a great amount of pre-planning, extra staff scheduled, permits if needed, because your reservation makes that item unavailable to others.
Mechanical Rides Delivery/Operation/Payments: To address specified by Lessee. Lessee grants Prime Time Event Rentals LLC and its employees/contractors, the right to enter said property or rented venue for the set-up and delivery and the breakdown return of the rented equipment at approximate times. All payments must be made by time of delivery.  No refunds will be made 72 hours prior to the equipment being delivered. For All mechanical rides due to permitting and inspections,  the lessee agrees to provide specified electrical outlets rated at 115 volts with 20 amperes capacity per motor unit within 75 feet of each unit. No electrical cords are to be used if not installed by a Prime Time Event Rentals Team Member. If the equipment stops working for any reason a staff member will assist the situation immediately, and then check on the problem.  All mechanical rides come with a trained operator for the equipment that you rented.  (generators are available for rent on our website if needed)
